Since its inception in 1982, the Department of Stage Art has emerged as a pivotal cradle for nurturing elite professionals in the arena of stage arts in China. Encompassing 8 diverse programmes such as Stage Design for Chinese Opera, Stage Lighting Design, Chinese Opera Costume Design, Styling and Makeup Design, Animation, Visual Communication Design, Digital Media Art, and Painting, it boasts the largest student population within the NACTA.
